Yes! We welcome well-behaved dogs — up to two dogs per stay, each weighing no more than 50 pounds, and non-aggressive breeds only. A $75 pet fee applies per dog and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them on the property. We want every guest — furry or otherwise — to have a wonderful stay.
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be present for the duration of the stay. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at the time of booking.
Dollywood Theme Park & Splash Country is approximately 9.8 miles from Cabin Vista Grande — about a 24-minute drive. It's one of the most popular attractions in the Smokies and a favorite with our guests!
The Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is approximately 15 miles away — about a 29-minute drive. Hiking, wildlife viewing, and scenic drives are all easily accessible for a day trip.
Cabin Vista Grande comfortably sleeps 7 guests across 3 bedrooms (two king beds and one bunk room). With the sofa bed in the living room and sofa chairs in each bedroom, the cabin can accommodate up to 12 guests. Please disclose your full group size at booking.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can be ready for you.
Yes — free private parking is available on site for up to 3 vehicles. Please note that the cabin is on a mountain property with some elevation, so a vehicle with good ground clearance or 4WD is recommended during winter or wet weather.
Yes, high-speed WiFi is included at no extra charge. The cabin also features 4 Smart TVs throughout — just bring your own streaming passwords (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).
Parties and events are not permitted at the property. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for the surrounding area. The cabin is a private retreat for registered guests only.
Our cancellation policy: guests receive a 96% refund if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; guests receive a 46% refund if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; no refunds are issued within 7 days of arrival. We recommend booking direct through our website and reaching out to us with any questions before booking.
Pigeon Forge Parkway (restaurants, shopping, and entertainment) is approximately 6.9 miles away — about an 18-minute drive. Gatlinburg is approximately 16 miles from the cabin. Both are easy day trips from Cabin Vista Grande.
Absolutely! Cabin Vista Grande is a fantastic choice for families. The game room features an arcade machine, air hockey table, and board games. The bunk room is perfect for kids, and the wraparound deck and mountain views make for an unforgettable family experience. Children of all ages are welcome.
